Pre-launch terms of service
ALAI is currently in pre-launch. Access to the product, waitlist and guided onboarding is controlled and may change before the final public release.
1. Scope of the service
ALAI provides a path to collect memory, voice, images and access rules for the creation of a digital twin. Available features may evolve during the founders, beta and trial phases.
2. Access and eligibility
Users must provide truthful information and may upload only content for which they have rights or valid consent. ALAI may not be used for fraudulent impersonation, abuse, privacy violations or unlawful content.
3. Trial, plans and deletion
When available, the trial duration is defined in the admin-managed policy and communicated in official channels. After the trial, temporary retention, plan conversion and automatic deletion may apply if no confirmation happens, according to the active policy shown to the user.
4. Heirs and authorized access
Only the people explicitly authorized in advance by the donor may receive access to the twin, within the limits configured by the donor and under the active security and verification rules.
5. Availability and changes
Because the product is still evolving, ALAI may change flows, pricing, plan limits, features and informational materials. Material changes are communicated through the site, app or operational emails.
