Privacy notice for the public site and pre-launch contacts
This English page summarizes how ALAI handles public-site contact data, waitlist signups and pre-launch communications. It does not replace any more detailed privacy notice that may be shown inside the app or in dedicated workflows.

What data we collect here
On the public site we may process contact data such as email address, optional name, language and submission source when someone joins the waitlist or contacts the team.
Why we process it
We use this data to respond to requests, manage launch updates, invite early users, provide operational information and maintain the security of public forms and communications.
Legal bases
Processing may rely on the user’s request to be contacted, pre-contractual steps requested by the user, consent where required, and legitimate interests related to protecting public forms and running pre-launch communications safely.
Retention and deletion
Waitlist and contact data should be kept only for the time needed to manage launch communications and operational follow-up. Specific retention windows for the product trial and deletion are communicated separately in the product flow.

You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or objection where applicable by contacting privacy@alai.pro.
